Julie started practicing Yoga in 2010 after the birth of his second child. she worked in companies as a sales representative, and decided to teach Yoga in firms and to all audiences.
At the beginning of 2018, she went to the SIVANDA center of Yoga to deepen her knowledge in yogic philosophy and practice. She is a certified Yoga Alliance Register (RYT 200h).
Several trips to india have allowed her to become more familiar with yogic culture. She enjoys practicing and teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and meditation.
Julie proposes a rather diverse approach to yoga with the learning of asanas, pranayamas, meditation, acroyoga, yogic and Indian culture, Mantras, and Indian rituals.
The classes are adapted to all type of students, regardless of their level. In this way students can learn about their strengths and weaknesses at their own rhythm.
