Originally from Spain, Anna was drawn at yoga in 2009 to improve her physical condition and relieve back pain. As her practice became regular, she became interested in deeper aspects of yoga, such as its philosophy, pranayama and meditation which have become nowadays an integral part of her life.
Anna got her first teaching certificate in Ireland in 2014 as Shivam Yoga Instructor. Her curiosity and her passion for traveling led her to India where she spent long periods practicing and learning alongside Indian yogis and gurus. In 2015 she completed a 500h Teacher Training course in India on Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, being an opportunity to deepen her yoga practice and improving her teaching skills.
Her classes are dynamic and intuitive with great emphasis on breathing and internalization allowing students to be more conscious and self-aware. The classes are challenging but flexible enough to be adapted to all type of students, regardless of their level. In this way, students can appreciate the moments of fluidity and the moments of stillness and learn about their strengths and weaknesses, so not only their body is unblocked but also their mind and their heart.
