Hello! and a warm welcome!

You are about to join a growing community of like-minded locals, expats and visitors!

Where to start:

1. Need a yoga mat?
We ask everyone to bring their own mats to classes, but if you don’t have one don’t worry. You can buy your mat in our online store and pick it up at your first class. PLEASE NOTE: – the mats are available for pick up with a 3 days notice, please let us know when and where you would like to pick your mat up by contacting On the day of the pick up, please arrive at least 15 min before the class, show your electronic receipt to the teacher, and they will hand you over your mat.
2. What class to choose?
All our classes (unless specially indicated) are suitable for all levels. The teachers will give different modifications so both beginners and more advanced students can get the most out of each class. But some styles of yoga or types of workouts are better suited for beginners because of their pace. So, here is our selection to help you chose. What do you need in your life today?

If you are a beginner:

Yoga styles: Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow Yoga

If you are intermediate/ or simply fancy a faster paced class:

Yoga styles: Generally all Vinyasa Flow Classes

3. What pricing option to choose?

It's easy to try your first class by purchasing one drop in session, which is 6€ (60min) or 10€ (90min).

If you plan to attend often, you can save money by purchasing a class pass. For more details about all these options, please visit our prices and packages page.

4. How to book

We offer convenient and instant online payment and booking for all our classes, workshops and retreats. We only accept bank card payments, and it's all done via our website or mobile app (no cheques, no cash). To save time and hassle before class, we recommend buying your credits and reserving in advance (being aware of our cancellation policy), but you are welcome to just drop in to the class and purchase your credit and sign up there (still all done via the mobile app).

Here are the steps to book your first class.

  1. If you have a Smart Phone, the best way to book and pay for your classes is though our customer mobile app. It is strongly advised that you use it for the smoothest experience. It's free on the iTunes Store and Google Play
  2. From our website, simply browse the timetable and choose the class you would like to attend.
  3. Click on ‘sign up’ button, and you will be asked to create an account (or log in) and then directed to the page where you can buy credit for your class.
  4. Choose the option you want (drop-in credit or class pass) - and complete the purchase.

Alternatively, you can first buy your class credit and then decide which class to use it for. It works both ways. The credit will be stored in your online account on our website, and you can use it any time. If you already have credit in your account, when you click to book a class, you will be signed up straight away.

5. Where to go and how to check in?

To make our affordable classes accessible to as many people as possible, we operate in several locations. Be sure to double check the address of your class description (it won't be in your class confirmation email, so please check the website schedule page). Click here for a map of our Toulouse locations.

  1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class if you can. If you're running late, text the instructor so they don't give your space to another student (if there's a waitlist). You can join up to 20 minutes after the start time, but please try to be as quiet as you can, so not to disturb the others.
  2. PLEASE SIGN IN AT THE CLASS WHEN YOU ARRIVE BY GIVING YOUR NAME TO THE TEACHER. If you have our mobile app (for Apple or Android), you can check yourself in.
  3. If you need any limitations or are a beginner, let the instructor know and they'll be happy to offer modifications.
  4. Enjoy your class!

6. What should I wear?

Different classes have different recommendations. Please check your individual class description, but as a general rule, yoga is practiced barefoot, Ballet barre, Barre au sol, and Pilates are done in socks or barefoot. For all classes, wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement. For yoga classes, be sure to bring a mat!

7. Cancelling your class

If you change your mind, you can cancel your class attendance any time 10 hours before the class start, and the credit will be returned to your account to reserve another class. You can cancel either through the app or website, no need to call or email us directly. There's a 'cancel' button next to all your reserved classes.

We hope this gives you enough information to get started.

And if we forgotten anything, please get in touch and let us know.

"I go back and forth from Paris to the United States so not having to sign a monthly contract has been very beneficial for me and I like trying different classes everywhere I go. The people and instructors are very helpful and friendly and it is AFFORDABLE!" - Sara Sessions
