Miki Molnar

Miki is an experienced certified bodyART Instructor and a Nike Master trainer from Budapest. He moved to Paris in 2016 following his partner.  He started his career as a professional swimmer and a fitness trainer winning multiple awards in Hungary.  Always with a positive mind, Miki uses several training methodologies which all connect during his classes.

His passion for bodyART started when he was looking for more than a personal practice, specifically a methodology connecting mind and body together.  He fell in love with the way bodyART combines a unique and harmonious synergy with a fun, intense and rehabilitative experience.  bodyART has changed the way Miki approaches training methods for himself and for others.  Now present in 22 countries, based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine principals of Yin and Yang, it is a functional training system that balances strength, flexibility and mental concentration at the same time.

Miki is now passionate about bringing positive energy and happiness into people’s life through the practice of bodyART.  His classes are opened to all ages, genders or levels.  All classes are performed barefoot with your body as your own equipment and uses breathing techniques to equalize your powerful and dynamic energy.

During the classes he motivates students giving variations for total newcomers to yoga as well as fitness addicts.  bodyART means freedom for every participant on a personal level.  Miki is there to support you through the whole training whenever you need advice or an encouraging smile.

Atie Julie

Atie found Yoga in 2006 in her home country, Indonesia. Leaving her country in 2008, she continued to practice wherever she lived. She likes to say: “Home where the yoga is.”

She has two certificates of 200-hour of Teacher Training; Hatha-Vinyasa style and Ashtanga Vinyasa. She is also certified to teach Restorative Yoga.

Atie's Yoga journey continued while she was living in New York and she decided to take a 200-hour Teacher Training with YogaWorks, followed by Level 1 Restorative Yoga training in the same studio. She taught Yoga at the French Consulate in New York.

On her way from New York to Paris, Atie discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa in Bali. She continued her Ashtanga practice in Paris and in the summer of 2017 she took her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training at Ashtanga Yoga Paris under the guidance of Linda Munro and Gerald Disse.

For Atie, Ashtanga is more meaningful than simply a physical practice. It’s a disciplined practice, but not need rigid; discipline means to continue along the path and to stay grounded, keeping the structures but honoring our own body. The practice allows her to explore the possibility to go further but also, learning to sense where she needs to put herself in the practice. Atie also includes pranayama and meditation in her practice.

As a teacher Atie strives to be mindful to students, to nurture and to give them freedom to express themselves with no judgement.

Outside her Yoga practice, Atie also practices Crossfit. She considers her life balanced when she has time for her practice, time for family and friends.

Julia Sotnik

Iuliia Sotnyk comes to Paris from Ukraine. A student at Rick Odums Institut in Paris, she arrived in 2014.

A graduate from Kirovograd state pedagogical university in Ukraine, Iuliia also attended Norwegian College of Dance in Oslo in 2011.  She holds degrees from both Universities.  

She dances ballet, modern, contemporary, and jazz. She has also been an active dancer in Sport dance (disco, disco-freestyle, hip-hop, dance show) and has participated in many international competitions. She has won three First Place awardss in the world championship in Italy in 2007.

Iuliia loves to be creative and see people enjoying her class.
If you're looking to sculpt lean muscle, strengthen your abs, and burn fat, this class is for you. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body.
 
 
The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

This class is taught in English. If you need any help understanding, just ask!


WHAT TO WEAR/BRING:

- Comfortable clothes that don't restrict movement* (this class is generally practiced barefoot)

-Mat** or towel (there are only mats available to borrow in specific locations, as listed on our locations page at www.affordableyoga.com/locations)

-Water bottle

-Optional: Yoga props (blocks, straps, cushions, etc)

*Showers and designated changing facilities available only at Studio Bleu, 75009; all other indoor locations have restroom facilities available for changing.

✅ CLASS LEVEL: This class is open to every level of practitioner from beginners on up. Our instructors give careful guidance to ensure that everyone is comfortable in the foundation of the posture, and modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of each position will be available. Feel free to ask for modifications.
