We will cover the concepts and theories behind creating safe and effective sequences that you can continue to explore in the comfort of your own home.
This workshop is also a valuable opportunity for new yoga teachers (those who just graduated from their 200hr TT, for example) who want to explore the possibilities to build sequence in their classes.
Mats are available in the studio to borrow (or bring your own, of course).
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothes that don't restrict movement. This class will be practiced barefoot.
Mats are available to borrow on-site, but you can also bring your own mat if you prefer.
