Small Group (8€) Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

This class is taught by:

Oriane Douet

Oriane is a 500 hours yoga teacher, trained in China and India in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga.

She first stepped on a yoga mat a few years ago because she felt the need to disconnect and calm down. She immediately became addicted, and after moving into the bustling city of Shanghai, she decided to become a yoga teacher. Now, she enjoys practicing yoga as much as transmitting her passion.

Her classes are dynamic, while respecting everyone’s bodies and limitations. She likes to invite students to connect to the present moment through breath and movements. Yoga helps her become a better version of herself, and that is what she wants to bring to her students.

Atie Julie

Atie found Yoga in 2006 in her home country, Indonesia. Leaving her country in 2008, she continued to practice wherever she lived. She likes to say: “Home where the yoga is.”

She has two certificates of 200-hour of Teacher Training; Hatha-Vinyasa style and Ashtanga Vinyasa. She is also certified to teach Restorative Yoga.

Atie's Yoga journey continued while she was living in New York and she decided to take a 200-hour Teacher Training with YogaWorks, followed by Level 1 Restorative Yoga training in the same studio. She taught Yoga at the French Consulate in New York.

On her way from New York to Paris, Atie discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa in Bali. She continued her Ashtanga practice in Paris and in the summer of 2017 she took her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training at Ashtanga Yoga Paris under the guidance of Linda Munro and Gerald Disse.

For Atie, Ashtanga is more meaningful than simply a physical practice. It’s a disciplined practice, but not need rigid; discipline means to continue along the path and to stay grounded, keeping the structures but honoring our own body. The practice allows her to explore the possibility to go further but also, learning to sense where she needs to put herself in the practice. Atie also includes pranayama and meditation in her practice.

As a teacher Atie strives to be mindful to students, to nurture and to give them freedom to express themselves with no judgement.

Outside her Yoga practice, Atie also practices Crossfit. She considers her life balanced when she has time for her practice, time for family and friends.

Helen Watkins

Helen is a 200h Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She practiced yoga in Paris and London before going to Indonesia to undertake her teacher training.

Helen sees yoga as an empowering and self reflective practice. She teaches slow but deep and strong informative flows. Her Vinyasa classes are a mix of mindful movements and a playful approach to asanas. Indeed, she doesn’t think the practice should always be serious, and will probably be wearing a huge smile on her face 99% of the practice.

Her Yin classes are deeply meditative, focus on mindfulness and always end with a very long feel-good savasana!

For her, Yoga is a way to find your authenticity and to learn to know your body in movement as well as in stillness and she encourages her students to find their own uniqueness.

This high-intensity class builds heat, detoxes the body, explores and expands personal limits, and lets the body sweat!

Structured around traditional Vinyasa technique, this class will give special attention to the fluid transition between each posture, allowing for a vibrant and intimate connection to the self. Classes may be structured around full-body engagement, or around a special theme such as backbends, hips & twists, or inversions & arm balances.

This class is held in English, but most of our teachers do speak some French, so don't hesitate to ask for help understanding.

Please note: small group classes are in a different pricing tier. Be sure to purchase appropriate class credits for your reservation: These small group classes will not exceed 20 people and are perfect for those wanting a bit more practice space.
